North Channel Community Rowing (NCCR) expands access to the sport of rowing by engaging underrepresented youth in Evanston, IL.
Through high-quality coaching, mentorship, and competitive opportunities, NCCR fosters discipline, teamwork, and confidence—helping young athletes reach their fullest potential on and off the water.
